Nike Air Max 95 “Shimmer” Just Surfaced!

My eyes could be playing tricks on me — or it could be the way that these official images were edited —but these “Shimmer” Air Max 95s are confusing my brain.

As it appears, the pair’s textile and suede uppers on this release appear to shimmer and glisten between light sources, while some close-up shots show something less intense. The effect is all the more awesome thanks to its tonal pink build, where textile, leather, and suede work between different hues and saturations at each panel. Bright white midsoles and creamy Air supports add fuel to the spring-ready release, while white laces, pink outsoles, and retro shoebox-inspired insoles arrive to complete the design.

A release date for this women’s-exclusive Air Max 95 “Shimmer” is yet to be revealed, but you should expect to see pairs hit select stores and Nike.com over the coming weeks.
