Nike Air Max 97 LX “Woven” Gears Up in Tan and Gum

Like other mainstay silhouettes in the Air Max series, the Air Max 97never seems to be out of favor — nor does it ever seem to run out of inspiration. The next reinvention to arise is this Nike Air Max 97 LX “Woven”, which, as the title suggests, hosts decorative interwoven detail along its signature design lines.

The second of two colorways to be revealed, this pair presents in a light tan textile, one which is almost fleece-like in appearance. The fabrication covers the entirety of the upper, including panels with indented Swoosh branding and tonal overlays. The featured weave works along the lateral, over the vamp, and through the medial side, and houses a special white ribbon that holds the shape of the original overlay. Tongues, liners, laces, and pulls all arrive in a tonal shade of tan, with piercing white midsoles and seasonal gum rubber outsoles resting underfoot to complete the design.

A release date for this Nike Air Max 97 LX “Woven” is yet to be revealed, but with pairs already available throughout Asia, you should expect to see a global rollout land on Nike.com over the coming weeks.
