The Air Max Uptempo 95 is set to blow up in 2019. Nike Sportswear’s plans for the 24-year-old silhouette appear to be big, with the surfacing of Scottie Pippen’s OG Bulls colorwaylast week, primed to get its first-ever retrospective release. Add to that the Denver Nuggets-themed pair releasing tomorrow (April 25th,) and you’ve got yourself a fully fledged comeback. And now you can add one more.
NSW is dishing up an alternate Bulls pair, serving as a nostalgic nod to the OG.. While that pair comes in predominately white, this pair is split between red and black, with contrasting hits of white reserved exclusively for the laces and branding. Black durabuck overlays arrive atop the buttery red leather, while black leather and textile make up the lacestay overlays, tongue, and liner. n all-black sole unit is combined with red flashes above the visible Air units, which stow away stark black detailing. Red appears once more on the eyelets, heel detail and underfoot, and black insoles complete the design.
