Just Dropped // Another Bulls-Themed Nike Air More Uptempo Appears!

Enjoying somewhat of a resurgence, the Nike Air More Uptempo has been spotted more frequently of late, with sporadic releases of colorways new and old hitting shelves over the past few months. Now, after taking a break from the Chicago Bulls themes, the silhouette is back in black and red duds, this one inverting colors of the famed “Hoop Pack” AKA “Bulls” that returned to stores this past April.

The often utilized tri-color theme is no stranger to the silhouette given Scottie Pippen’s affiliation to the shoe — this release even displaying his Olympic #8 at the heel in place of the traditional motifs. It arrives in like blocking to the aforementioned Hoop Pack pairing, though with the two major hues — red and black — shifted around into alternate placements. Here, red suede uppers swapped for smooth black leathers, whilst black patent AIR lettering and tongue tags opt for a vibrant red. Outsoles and under-letter layers retain their crisp white appeal, while Air supports now spawn in red. Completing the design is a solid black jewel Swoosh set in the rear, white and red embroidered Checks at the forefoot, and black branding underfoot.

A release date for Bulls-flavored Nike Air More Uptempo hasn’t yet been set, but with official images of the pair appearing today, you should expect to see these hit select Swoosh stockists and Nike.comsoon.
