Obey Your (Sneaker) Thirst
Nike is quenching the thirst of sneakerheads this Spring with a classic “Sprite” rendition of the VaporMax 2019 set to arrives at select stockists soon.
The pair’s almost-all “Barely Volt” color paired with pops of blue is reminiscent of the now infamous LeBron 8, a pair that drew an instant comparison to the soda’s lime and blue packaging. This pair, though, does arrive with quick hits of contrasting black on the side Swooshes, tongue labels and heel pulls, while Royal Blue makes its way to the extended lacestays, visible through the sneaker’s translucent TPE-infused upper. Completing the design is a semi-translucent Volt VaporMax Air unit underfoot.
