Before Winter hiatus kicked in, the Nike VaporMax 3.0 had been dishing up rather tame and subdued seasonal takes. Sor far in 2020, we’ve seen much of the same. but as we edge ever-closer to Spring, you can start to expect a little more color coming through — and we mean that quite literally on this upcoming pair, with a multi-colored weave peering through a Fossil-ribbed upper.

At first glance, the pair’s palate is quite tame; a warm cream upper highlighted by quick flashes of hot pink, but as you zoom on in for a closer look, you’ll see a purple, pink and magenta weave poking its little head out from underneath. Equally intriguing is the two-tone VaporMax sole unit, which shifts from magenta up front to translucent in the rear. Capping off the design is a smokey translucent toe cap and bold black midfoot Swoosh.
