The Nike Blazercontinues on its merry way deep into 2020 with year another new rendition of the retro hoops shoe — this time incorporating muted palettes and jewel-encrusted hardware.
Though the latter isn’t entirely obvious, requiring a closer inspection to show that alternating eyelets — from the lateral to the medial side and back again — display miniature yellow, orange, and red gemstones. The rest of the shoe is just as subtle, with bone suede uppers matched with neutral leather overlays at the eyestay and lateral forefoot. Sails come in to play in a few places, namely the Swooshes, tongues, laces, and sole units, to complete the design.
