Very Late Dunk Low “Valentine’s Day” Drops August 31st
Delays have caused havoc for footwear brands for the past 18 months, with uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 making logistics a nightmare for everyone involved. This year’s Valentine’s Day Air Force 1 and Air Max 90 were subject to prolonged delays, both of which arrived well after their scheduled February 14th releases. In another case of better late than never, this Nike Dunk Low “Valentine’s Day” has finally decided to show, because being stood up is not the move.
Unlike the aforementioned V-Day offerings, this pair doesn’t sport the love letter tongue tags, but it does arrive in a near-identical palette, with similar design cues, too. Here, white leather uppers arrive encased in smooth pastel pink leathers, with matching liners, laces, and outsoles. Swooshes and other branding hits round-out the design is a deep, anatomical heart-colored red.
An official Nike.com release for the kids-exclusive Nike Dunk Low “Valentine’s Day” is yet to be revealed, and could likely drop any given day now that the V-Day date is long gone. Until then, you can enjoy a first look at the GS-sized pair here below, and keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates.
