As a follow up to 2017’s Kyrie S1 Hybrid, Nike will be looking to deliver a second in the series, with the all-new Nike Kybrid S2 Hybrid for 2020. Much like its predecessor, the Nike Kyrie S2 Hybrid features design elements from Kyries kicks past, this year focusing on the Kyrie Four, Five, and Six. Staring at the base is the Nike Kyrie 4, in which the pair’s sole unit and forefoot is derived. The Kyrie 5’s famous Flytrap lace cover rides the vamp and throat, while the rear-end is ripped straight from the Kyrie 6. First up we have two colorways, one in Black, one in a patriotic Red, White, and Blue, and each featuring Tye-Dye prints.

The former we only have a slight glimpse of (pictured further below), which sports the aforementioned print on the lateral ankle, whilst the pair’s forefoot comes covered in camo. The medial ankle shows an illustrated all-seeing-eye, and is capped off with an exposed tag on the medial side, and pops of coral around the flytrap overlay. The Americana offering goes all-out on Tie-Dye finishes, covering every textile panel except the tongues and liners. Branding for this pair arrives in metallic gold, and it sits atop a clean navy and white sole unit. Completing the design in an intriguing heel piece, with a fully-translucent eye motif revealing a psychedelic print beneath.
