First flexed on Lakers Media Day last year, the mismatched LeBron 7 “Lakers” PE has been subject to much speculation — Will it release? Won’t it? No one knew. Early sample looks suggested that it may well be on the way, and today we can now confirm that it’s a go! The mismatched Nike LeBron 7 “Media Day” will be seeing a retail release, with pairs tipped to arrive this May.
For the sneaker itself, its only constant it’s hits of white, which blocks the midsole, mudguard overlays, and Swooshes, while uppers, outsoles, tongues, laces — and even the Air supports and Air unit speckle — arrive in alternating hits of purple and gold, which are inverted on their opposing shoe. A release is now locked in for May 16th, 2020.
