Quietly celebrating its 10th anniversary year, LeBron James’ ninth signature sneaker has seen few releases throughout 2022, it’s last being a return of the 2011 All-Star “Big Bang” release. Now a brand-new colorway is poised to continue the celebration, with this new Nike LeBron 9 “Regal Pink” set to release later this month.

Though the titular pink hue would seemingly be the pair’s talking point, it takes a back seat to the profile’s plush furry panels of chocolate brown. Equally adventurous is the pair’s rainbow gradient effects applied to both the mid-foot jewel Swoosh, Zoom Air supports, and liners, with 3M reflective overlays the icing on the audacious cake. In fact, the “Regal Pink” upper is probably the least noticeable thing about the release.
