The Nike Shox Total is Making a Comeback in 2019

Boing is back!

The Nike Shox tech was an idea that was first planted back in 1984, but it didn’t hit the market until 16 years later when it exploded on the scene in the year 2000. Aptly named “Shox”, obviously for the shock impact of the technology, but it was also it’s exposed, chunky designs that shocked people. But while the original’s design divided people, 2003’s Shox Total was one of pure provocation.

The eleven-springed, futuristic meets mechanical design will once again return to the market in 2019, sixteen years after its debut. It’s return will be met with three releases, in three almost tonal color options – Orange, Black, and the recently previewed Red colorway.

A release for all three pairs of the Nike Shox Total to hit select retailers like Foot District and Nike.com on March 21st for $170 a pop.
