The sheer volume of Blazer releases over the past 18-24 months has made it crystal clear that Nike, Inc is extremely reliant on the silhouette to be a major contributor to their lifestyle division’s bottom line. And, although we’ve recently seen colored Swoosh selections dissipate in favor of more experimental options — like the just previewed duo of Shanghai editions — it does appear that the brand is going back to basics with not one, but two more traditional options on the way. Joining the recently-revealed “Navy” Suede pair comes this two-tone Wheat options take that pairs a complete upper with striking whites throughout. The latter graces the leather Swoosh overlays, sole units, and tongue and heel branding, with the rest of the sneaker done up in warm tan suede, nylon, and leather.
