Over the past month, PUMA Hoops has treated fans to Player-Edition (PE) versions of its All-Pro NITRO™ silhouette originally designed for Tyrese Haliburton and RJ Barrett. As spring inches closer, the storied sportswear brand has brought new styles to its performance basketball sneaker, with the latest seemingly making reference to retro Indiana Pacers pinstripes.

The two-tone ensemble's possible inspiration would make sense given Haliburton's role in the PUMA Hoops family. While not a signature athlete at the level of LaMelo Ball, the Pacers guard has helped the 77-year-old company remain relevant on the NBA hardwood. His 'Gold Rush' PE took on an elegant, tonal makeover, while the newly-surfaced All-Pro NITRO™ delivers an equally-elegant look by way of a clean, nostalgic execution.

The engineered mesh upper takes on a navy blue tone that sets the stage for rich, golden yellow accents throughout the length of the shoe. PUMA's Formstrip branding on the sidewalls works in-tandem with the printed stripes to recreate the Pacers uniform first seen during the 1997-98 NBA season. NITRO™ SQD foam midsoles also opt for a golden finish that complements the top-half well. Lastly, the iconic PUMA badge on the heel indulges in an NBA logo-like makeover, tying the theme together nicely.

Enjoy official photos of the commemorative basketball shoe below. Pairs are likely to hit PUMA.com and select retailers on April 18 for $130.
