The PUMA x E.T. Drop Lands Right Before the Holidays

PUMA is closing out 2025 with one of its most nostalgic collaborations yet, unveiling its new E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial collection in partnership with Universal Products & Experiences. Inspired by Spielberg’s 1982 sci-fi classic, the capsule brings the film’s most iconic imagery into sport performance design — led by a special edition of the PUMA x E.T. All-Pro NITRO 2.

The sneaker takes direct cues from E.T.’s intergalactic glow, pairing a shimmering, star-flecked midsole with gradient panels that mirror the movie’s nighttime palette. Subtle storytelling details appear throughout the design, including the famous silhouette of E.T. and Elliott flying across the moon — a moment instantly recognizable to anyone who grew up with the film. Beneath the nostalgia is a fully modern performance package, built on NITROFOAM cushioning and engineered to provide top-level energy return for on-court play.

The footwear is joined by a full apparel lineup that keeps the theme front and center. Graphic tees reference scenes and motifs from the movie, while the hoodie, vest, pants, and shorts introduce small “phone home” touches that fans will catch immediately.
