The Reebok Engine A may be most-associated with Angel Reese, but the silhouette's next ensemble commemorates one of basketball's most exciting forces from the late 1990s and early aughts: Allen Iverson.
Unveiled ahead of the premiere of Amazon's "Allen Iv3rson" docu-series, the project takes on two different color schemes inspired by the Virginia-native's Bethel High School. Vibrant green-and-yellow color schemes honor the Philadelphia 76ers legend, his journey, and legacy. Each pair features B emblems on the tongue's underside and Achilles' heel, nodding to the place that helped form Iverson before heading to Georgetown University and eventually the NBA. Another nod to AI's story arrives in the form of the Hampton-based school's bruin logo on the footbeds.
Enjoy images of the impending Engine A duo ahead. Pairs are slated to release via Reebok.com for a budget-friendly $120 each.
