Hot Ones x Reebok Shaqnosis Releases November 19

Back in March 2019, Shaq made an appearance on the widely successful YouTube-based TV show “Hot Ones”, where celebrity guests test their limits against 10 varying levels of spicy chicken wings while host Sean Evans asks in-depth questions. Shaq’s humourous episode has racked up over 26 million views and to commemorate the event we are now presented with the Hot Ones x Reebok Shaqnosis collaboration.

Although simple in appearance from the outset, this latest collaboration is expertly executed with finer particulars that will delight fans from both camps. The predominantly all-black sneaker showcases a suede foundation across the upper which features premium leather overlays to establish the Shaqnosis’ unique hypnotic lines, Varying hues saturate the overlays trimming’s from a cool green in an upwards gradient to red hot, much like the hot wings. Underfoot sits an all-black midsole alongside the beginnings of the upper detailings that are all framed by the black rubber outsole. The finer details complete the design, flame leather overlay on the toe cap, the flame pattern on the liners, and the iconic Hot One’s chili “Scoville Level” rating – method of measuring hotness – located on the tongue.

Pairs will be coming in hot on November 19 at Reebok.com and stores like Finish Line for a very mild $140.
