Reebok Answer IV “Lakers” is Landing Soon

Slowly being reintroduced into the market from an almost decade-long hiatus, Allen Iverson’s Reebok Answer IV has been seen in colorways new and old. We’ve welcomed the OG White/Red/Grey, and look forward to the return of the “Step Over”, as well as an inverted option of the latter. That moment against the Lakers may well inspire this new colorway, too, with the silhouette popping up in the franchise’s signature hues.

The pair is aptly titled the Reebok Answer IV “Lakers” thanks to its alternate strip arrangement. Uppers of supple black leather are met by a bold purple sweep split between painted EVA midsoles and patent leather over the upper and midsole forefoot. More patent pops up on the tongue in black, with its high-gloss finish mimicked at the plastic heel panel. Outsoles of black are peppered with golden yellow branding and a matching midfoot shank arrives to complete the design.

A release date for the Reebok Answer IV “Lakers” is yet to be identified, but with official images surfacing today, you should expect to see a release hit Reebok.com and select stores soon.
