Reebok to Re-Release Allen Iverson’s 2001 All-Star Question Mids in March
Reebok has officially confirmed the re-release of its Reebok Question Mid “Why Not Us?”, the sneaker that Allen Iverson wore during the 2001 NBA All-Star Game in which he took home the MVP honors.
Last issued by the brand in 2006, the sneaker was most notably worn five years earlier by Allen Iverson during the historic 2001 East v West exhibition in which he earned MVP accolades after leading his team to an improbable comeback victory. It returns in true-to-OG form, with is monochrome full-grain leather construction. White makes up the bulk of the release, with the bright shade surfacing on the majority of the upper, liner, tongues, laces, and midsoles, while a balance of blacks is strung out at the toe, collar, and a bevy of midfoot accentuations. Completing the design is a Black #3 PE badge in the rear, and a smokey-black translucent rubber outsole underfoot.
