LORENZ.OG Lends His ‘Patented Colorschemes’ to an Official Salomon ACS+ Collaboration

Lorenzo Federici, better known as LORENZ.OG, has established a unique reputation in the footwear industry for his vibrant ‘Patented Colorschemes’ custom designs.

With a proprietary dyeing process that he invented to produce vivid gradients, he initially focused on sneakers before branching out into customizing clothing. Recognizing the potential of his innovative work, Salomon has now teamed up with Federici for a limited edition collection, Lorenzo's first official footwear collaboration.

The star of this collaboration is the recently resurrected ACS+, a vintage trail shoe from the early 2000s. Federici personally dyed a select number of pairs in his signature "DUSK" colorway, showcasing a smooth transition from violet purple to a warm peachy pink on the shoe's plastic components.

Additionally, the gradient subtly extends from heel to toe on the upper, as evidenced by the slight variations in the color of each panel. The midsoles also feature a dipped effect, darkening towards the upper edge, with minor imperfections that highlight the artisanal nature of this project.

Federici has also dyed an accompanying windbreaker for the collaboration.

The LORENZ.OG x Salomon ACS+ will be on display at a special Salomon event taking place on April 20th at Foot Patrol Paris (96 rue de Cléry), with registration open until 6:00 pm local time for a chance to win a pair of the limited-edition collaboration.
