The OG returns!
After being reintroduced to the sneakersphere last month by way of Ronnie Fieg‘s KITH, the Saucony Grid Web is now set to return in an OG colorway this July.
Releasing in Y2K, the wildly-designed and aptly named Grid Web is just that, a GRID cushioned, mesh upper sneaker, overlayed by plastic geometric webs in a very period-specific style (think Air Max Deluxe and Air Max Plus.) This OG pairing sports a white base, it’s aforementioned overlays gradient from jet black up top to teal at the forefoot, while overlayed midfoot logo heats up the silhouette in warm oranges and yellows. The latter two colors appear again underfoot and at the heel, while the white midsole and lower overlays are swarmed by swooping black streaks at the heel and toe. Completing the design is a black collar and tongue combo, gradient-printed insoles and a wild-as-hell outsole and support shank underfoot.
This classic runner will hit Saucony stockists like SNS and 43einhalb on July 26th for $120 USD.
