Earlier this year, Jordan Brand officially launched its very first women’s sneaker collaboration, partnering up with world-renowned fashin editorial, Vogue, to honor the great Anna Wintour on two Air Jordan 1 High Zips.
But that was only half of the collaboration, with a duo of Air Jordan 3’s that has been revealed by Nike today. the pair encompasses two different takes on Anna’s signature tweed suits and her black sunglasses. Even more important for the collaboration, Anna’s “AWOK” signature replaces both the classic Jumpman logos on the heels — a rare move for Jordan Brand.
The Air Jordan 3 AWOK releases on September 7th at select retailers. Stay tuned, there will be more details to follow.
