Nike are set to take over the NBA apparel deal next season – for the next 8 seasons at least – but the swoosh wont be seen on every jersey in 2017/18.
The Charlotte Hornets dropped a press release on Monday, saying that they will be the only team wearing the owners brand jerseys next season, of course, due to the partnership between Nike and Jordan Brands, and Mike and the Hornets.
It’s safe to say the NBA still has love for the GOAT, allowing him this exception.
