Nike React technology meets the Air Jordan 1, creating a brand new sneaker along the way: The Jordan Apex-Utility.
The Jordan Apex-Utility makes up part of Jordan Brand’s new Flight Utility range, a collection of new basketball sneakers that utilizes Nike’s latest React technology.
Kind of like what BOOST did for adidas hoops, right? It’s rare to see the innovators get beaten to the punch, but Nike’s newest tech might just cut through deep enough to impact adidas’ resurgence in the Basketball market.
The shoe itself features an expressive Nike React technology midsole, translucent shroud and Air Jordan 1 Flyknit upper. Adjustable heel straps allow for custom fit, while Flight Utility graphic details appear on the tongue and heel tabs.
