    50 years in the making.

10 years on from their wild First Round Hi collab, PUMA and Santa Cruz are finally back at it, this time celebrating 50 years of the PUMA Suede — a sneaker that made the jump from the hardwood to the plywood and never looked back. Most took to the decks with it’s durable upper favoring long wear, but it’s the classic aesthetic that’s kept it around for over half a century.

Honoring the milestone, Santa Cruz’s colab pairs the Suede with one of skating’s best-known symbols: Jim Phillips Sr’s 1985 ‘Screaming Hand’ design. The logo is embroidered in the heel, while the scream itself is represented in red lines billowing across the midfoot.

The Santa Cruz x PUMA Suede will be availbe in a minute at select retailers and a potential release on PUMA.com
