ICE STUDIOS Reimagines the Timberland® 6-Inch Boot in a Whole Lotta Grey

Renell Medrano's ICE STUDIOS is gearing up to release another footwear collaboration. After lending its effortless cool to New Balance and ASICS, the New York City-based imprint has co-signed the Timberland® Premium 6-Inch Boot.

Unveiled via Instagram, the project keeps things simple. Gone are the vibrant blues and multi-colored presentations found on past collabs. Instead, Medrano and team have reimagined the inner city footwear staple with shades of grey. The upper's Premium Timberland® leather indulges in a grey finish that could easily blend in with sidewalks throughout the "Big Apple." The heritage brand's iconic tree emblem is etched into the lateral heel, while ICE STUDIOS' three-symbol logo appears on hangtags. Silver eyelets bring some elegance and contrast to the top-half, while the rubber lug outsole features a semi-translucent, "milky" finish.

Neither Medrano nor any other party involved has disclosed release details for the Timberland® boot, but that's expected to change as the year's coldest season approaches.
