Jacquemus Dips Timberland’s Boat Shoe in Aqua Blue

Jacquemus and Timberland are back with another bold take on a classic, this time reworking the boat shoe in a bright “Aqua Nubuck” finish.

The collaboration takes Timberland’s rugged boat shoe shape and filters it through Jacquemus’ playful, high-fashion lens. The result is a clean low-cut silhouette dressed almost entirely in aqua blue, covering the nubuck upper, laces, collar, and stitched overlays. Chrome hardware adds a polished contrast, including co-branded lace details stamped with Jacquemus.

Underfoot, the pair keeps things grounded with a gum lug outsole, giving the otherwise polished design a more rugged Timberland feel. The combination of soft blue nubuck and outdoor-ready tooling makes the pair feel like a summer statement piece without losing the brand’s classic boat shoe DNA.
