This collaboration springs from the creative synergy between Tommy Bogo of TOMBOGO and Justin Son of ESENES, both visionary designers hailing from the Bay Area.

Their shared vision for this shoe was to seamlessly combine the refined aesthetics of traditional formal footwear with the robust, dynamic features of outdoor performance gear, while also incorporating advanced technical elements reflective of Tommy’s industrial design background.

The design of the Versadial Derby Shoe breaks new ground with several distinctive features. Traditional laces are eschewed in favor of a modern dial system, which is not only practical but also stylish, adorned with TOMBOGO’s recognizable plus sign logo. This innovative lacing mechanism allows for quick adjustments, ensuring a perfect fit with a twist of the dial.

Complementing this modern closure system is the shoe's rugged chunky lug sole, which enhances durability and provides substantial traction, giving this classically inspired shoe a decisively contemporary and functional twist.

The TOMBOGO x ESENES Versadial Derby Shoe is set to make its debut directly through TOMBOGO's online platform. Available exclusively at www.tombogo.com starting Friday, May 31st, this unique derby shoe will be offered in an inclusive range of sizes from 4 to 14, priced at $230 USD.
