Black & Gum Nike Air Force 1 GORE-TEX Arrives October 28

Last year, Nike’s Fall footwear catalog was overhauled with a bevy of GORE-TEX-tooled Air Force 1 options that encouraged all-terrain wear, and water-resistant enjoyment. This year it appears we can expect much of the same, with the second of many expected GORE-TEX Air Force 1 drop surfaced for the season ahead.

Following on from yesterday’s Tan/Gum option comes this Black/Gum boot-like Highs that don the seasonal arrangement, though it’s not your typical build. Rugged rubber outsoles are in place of the traditional AF1 sole unit, with uppers constructed in all-out leather. GORE-TEX tongues enable both flexibility and water-resistance, while 3M reflective Swoosh underlays enable low-light visibility. Completing the design is the addition of a thick rear pull, a rubberized ankle strap, and GORE-TEX embroidery in tonal black on the lateral ankle.
