Dennis Smith Jr.’s UA Anatomix Spawn PE is Inspired by Mortal Kombat’s Sub Zero

Ice Cold ❄️

To be able to perform at your peak with the entire city of New York on your back requires nothing short of ice in your veins. And the newly added Knick, Dennis Smith Jr., has just that. Never stressed, his chilled-yet-dominating nature has been part of the guards game for a long minute. So it should come as no surprise that his next Under Armour Anatomix Spawn PE arrives inspired by the Lin Kuei assassin himself, Sub Zero.

The shoe’s ice-cold mix of blue and white tones pay homage to Mortal Kombat’s most notorious character, as well as playing into the on-court attributes of DSJ. Arriving anchored down with a light-navy upper, icy white graphic overlays provide a chilly touch, as does the semi-translucent blue outsole. Special Mortal Kombat logos appear on the insole, tongue tab, and lace tips, completing the fusion of forces.

Dennis Smith’s new Sub Zero PEs will release on April 26th, online at UnderArmour.com. While you wait out the release, take in a detailed look at the pairing below, and be sure to tune into our Release Calendar to stay up to date with every upcoming sneaker drop!
