Party Time!
Yesterday marked the big 3-1 for the future NBA Three-Point leader and HOFer Stephen Curry. And to celebrate his birthday, Under Armour threw him a party — a Splash Party.
The colorway of this Curry 6pays homage to previous birthday renditions of the Under Armour Curry range, arriving in a familiar mix of Petrol Blue, Mod Grey, and vibrant Pink. The blocking for this pair is split 50/50 down the middle, leaving the toe caps stark white, with the heels and ankle collar in blue. The latter also carries over to the sneaker’s midsole and insoles. Quick flashes of vibrant pink arrive on the tongue pulls, lace stays and lateral “SC/30” branding. Completing the design are speckles of the aforementioned pink hitting the midsole, which comes wrapped in a translucent outsole.
