Under Armour's UA SOLA Delivers Retro Running Style for $120
Since its founding in 1996, Under Armour has been committed to pinnacle expressions of performance gear. Product lines like those under the Curry Brand continue to exemplify this core mission, but the global brand has since ventured out into the world of leisurewear. Its latest offering built with lifestyle in mind is the UA SOLA.
Recently worn by Pete Davidson throughout his press run for The Pickup, the sneaker showcases that the "dad shoe" trend that took off in the late 2010s is still alive and well. Under Armour's sport heritage informs the unisex design, drawing inspiration from retro running models and years of experience in technical footwear executions. All-day comfort is achieved by way of ample EVA foam cushioning at the midsole, while sculpted heel counters and other elements provide a stable ride. The busy mesh and synthetic upper takes on a versatile color palette that sees "Stone" accompanied by silver, light blue, and yellow accents. The North American company's UA heartbeat logo lands on the top-of-the-tongue and acts like a torsion plate underfoot.
Enjoy a quick look at the debut UA SOLA ahead. Pairs are now available via UnderArmour.com, Under Armour Brand Houses across the globe, and select retailers for $120. Additional colorways of the sneaker are also available, with more styles on the way.
