The OTW by Vans imprint has helped the California institution gain relevance within conversations about hype footwear throughout 2025. One such project that assisted in this endeavor has been a partnership with Satoshi Nakamoto. It seems both collaborators may have another release on the horizon.

Recently, Los Angeles-based consignment shop Justin Reed took to Instagram to share a never-before-seen pair of the Vans Era 95 by Satoshi Nakamoto. Akin to the Old Skool 36 pairs that appeared throughout summer, the new style sees a distressed, busy aesthetic. The "Lucky Charms" ensemble features a predominantly black upper that sets the stage for a series of jewels and fraying. Inner lining sees an aged, somewhat deconstructed look, which also takes on the foxing and sole unit underfoot.

Large Satoshi Nakamoto text is printed onto the midsoles, rounding out the collaboration between two West Coast brands.

Stay tuned for firm Vans.com/OTW release details if the newly-surfaced Era 95 releases to the public. The pair may be another Friends & Family-exclusive.
