Adidas Yeezy Slide "Dark Onyx" Releases March 7

Despite the dissolution of the partnership between Kanye West and Adidas — with Ye retaining the design patent for the Yeezy Slide — Adidas is poised to host a significant event to liquidate its remaining Yeezy stock. Among the highlights of this event is the introduction of a new slide in the “Dark Onyx” colorway. This scheme closely mirrors the tones of previously released “Onyx” and the anticipated “Smoke Grey” iterations, albeit in a notably darker shade.

This forthcoming “Dark Onyx” variant maintains the Yeezy Slide's signature aesthetic, crafted from a single piece of EVA foam injected for supreme softness and comfort underfoot. The slide preserves essential features, such as the prominent “Yeezy” branding adorning the forefoot strap and the distinctive serrated outsole for enhanced traction.

Scheduled for release on March 7th 2024, this launch is part of Adidas's final phase in releasing its Yeezy-branded merchandise, marking the end of an era in the Adidas x Yeezy collaboration.
