Detailed Looks // YEEZY 350 “Israfil”
There’s even more 350s on the way for 2020, with yet another confirmed colorway coming your way later this year. Coming fresh off the heels of the upcoming “Asriel” release news, YEEZY sleuth @yeezyseason2 has revealed this “Israfil” YEEZY 350 v2 for 2020, and it arrives in the same patchwork pattern as the upcoming “Zyon” release, albeit carrying a completely different aesthetic.
Its name again continues Kanye’s religious fixations, here focusing on the Arabic, with Israfil harboring the meaning “the angel who blows into the trumpet before Armageddon though He is not the Angel of music.” Here, a light olive-grey base is interwoven with light tan throughout, whilst a striking mid-tan midfoot stripe takes center stage. Underfoot you’ll find a semi-translucent grey-green midsole and ultra-light gum rubber outsole. Completing the design is a new lacing system that was first seen on the MNVN, but more recently here on the upcoming “Blue Oat” YEEZY 380.
As for a release? The word is still out, but with pairs already in the hands of resellers, you can expect them to arrive later this Summer. There will be more news to surface over the coming months, so make sure you’re tuned into our official Twitter account for all the updates. Until then, enjoy a detailed look at the pair in-hand below.
