Before we get our hands on the futuristic YEEZY 380 “Alien Blue” — one which channels the silhouette’s original “Alien” colorway from late 2019 — we’ll be getting something a little more seasonal-appropriate; the YEEZY 380 “Covellite”

Though a first glance shows a strong resemblance to the revered Onyx offering, a closer look reveals that the pair brings an entirely new flavor. As the name suggests, the pair arrives in hues of the naturally occurring mineral. A mostly indigo-like base is intertwined with hints of light, earthy brown. Liners and infinity laces indulge in a jet black, while the sole unit reflects glistening golden hues often found in the copper sulfate formation.
