Black YEEZY 700 v3 “Alvah” Confirmed for February Release

Update 01.08.20 // YEEZY Mafia have confirmed our earlier reports of the Black YEEZY 700 v3 “Alvah”, issuing release information for February 15th. They have also uploaded a fresh set of images for the drop. The title again continues Ye’s fascination with biblical names, with Alvah’s Hebrew meaning translated as the “Exalted one; Sublime” Alvah was a biblical place and tribal name and follows the similarly-themed Azael and Yechiel namings that have carried with it Hebrew meanings. As for the sneaker, it will arrive in a like constriction to the OG, in mesh, rubber, and neoprene, with the cage also claimed to be glow-in-the-dark, and a new color strikes the EVA foam midsole — vivid yellow. pairs are also tipped to arrive in full family sizing.

Take a peep at the pair in detail below and stay tuned in to our Twitter feed for updates on where to buy the pair come Feb 15th.

OG Post 12.04.19 // December 23rd’s debut release of the YEEZY 700 v3 “Azael” almost upon us, but before we get there, news of a new Black colorway has arrived.

The factory sample shots shared by both @YeezyInfluence and show an all-black makeup paired with streaks of reflective detail down the profile and throughout the lacing system. The thick, rubberized caging is matte in its finish, and it sits atop a BOOST-less black sole unit. According to the source, there’s no current timeframe for this release, nor is it yet confirmed, but knowing YEEZY Brand’s penchant for all-black colorways, we would be surprised if it didn’t eventuate.
