Drake spotted rocking Yeezys

Jordan SZN is over.

Well, we all knew it was coming, but it was a matter of when it would happen. And that was answered last night, when this image of Drizzy was posted by OVO assistant Mark Robinson from his dirty 30th birthday.

Almost all of the images of Drake from the night were from the knee up – intentionally – and even here, he’s seen to be floating up the back to avoid the attention. But right here you’ll see Yeezy Season 4 boots on the feet of the Boy.

Only the first season and the co-branded footwear line is produced by the German sportswear giant. The subsequent seasons, as well as the boots Drake was wearing, were produced independently.

While the boots are technically not Adidas, it is the first time Drake has been spotted in Yeezy since Kanye left Nike. It sends a strong message in the wake of rumors floating around about Drake’s feud with Jordan Brand – and his intentions to sign with Adidas.

All we can say is watch this space.
