The immediate future of footwear is certainly centered around one-piece clogs and slides. The trend, which can be pinpointed back to Kanye West’s influence on the market, with early adopters like Salehe Bembury and Jerry Lorenzo, recently joined by big-name brands like Dior. adidas, who themselves played a part in Kanye’s vision, has also dived into the trend head first with their Adilette 22 Slides — a slipper which Kanye called out plagiarism from its own line — and this all-new adiFOM Q clog.

Despite being informed by 2001’s adidas Quake, the model has drawn wide comparisons to the YEEZY Foam Runner, but it does differ in many ways; namely, and included Primeknit inner bootie and its own lacing system. Here, those two arriving in piercing orange hues, with it’s exoskeleton shell opting for a solid “Core Black” coloring (you can see what it looks like with both the bootie and laces removed further below)
