Adidas Adizero Goukana "Solar Lime" Surfaces for Summer
After debuting earlier this year in a striking yellow hue, the Adidas Adizero Goukana is set to return in an equally vivid “Solar Lime” finish. This follow-up offering continues to explore the silhouette’s blend of performance heritage and modern-day streetwear appeal, with the bold new palette amplifying its already eye-catching design.
The “Solar Lime” edition retains the core construction of the model, combining breathable mesh, hairy suede overlays, and reflective synthetic accents. Hits of silver and black across the Three Stripes branding and heel deliver visual contrast, while a thick pink stripe around the sole adds a jolt of color. As before, the exaggerated foam midsole—equipped with Lightstrike cushioning—reinforces the model’s crossover appeal, made to complement today’s oversized, athletic-inspired fits.
Initially inspired by the 2008 Adios Neftenga prototype and brought to life under veteran designer Toshiaki Omori's guidance, the Goukana balances tech-laden features with lifestyle sensibility.
Expect the Adidas Adizero Goukana “Solar Lime” to be released later this summer on Adidas.com and selected retailers. Stay tuned for confirmed release info via our Adidas Release Calendar.
In more pressing Adidas news, the Harden Vol. 9 "Metallic Red" drops on June 21.
