The buzz, the excitement was and is something that is really replicated. adidas Tried their best in 2013 with a special D Rose 4 “Chicago Nightfall” colorway that captured the essence of dusk in the Windy City.
Paying tribute to Pooh’s hometown, Chicago’s unique nightlife is portrayed by purple hues that stand for the night sky and Lake Michigan flip side, contrasted with bright yellow detailing that reflects like the lights on the landscapes. A motion-indicating multicolored lining returns, but the famed gradient laces (pictured above) do not — a real shame for such a famed release.
Pairs of the adidas D Rose 4 “Chicago Nightfall” are expected to arrive in the back-end of 2021, though a confirmed release date is yet to be announced.
