adidas Gil Zero Returns in Black and Gold Croc Skin

Despite adidas terminating Gilbert Arena’s contract in 2010 after the athlete pled guilty to a felony gun charge — and subsequently remaining his signature models — adidas is bringing back Agent Zero’s signature adidas sneaker. Now, after its return in the OG “USA” colorway comes a special black and gold adidas Gil Zero.

Fans of the silhouette will recall a handful of Gil’s back catalog that looks like this, namely the Elemental Formation from 2010 proffered an almost identical color scheme, save its gold lining. Here, it’s jet black and employs a croc skin leather finish in high-gloss black. That rests atop a perforated black nubuck upper, with overlays of buttery smooth leather capping the tongue and heel. Then there’s a sea of metallic gold accents fluttered throughout, as well as a trio of golden pods underfoot.
