adidas Gil Zero “USA” Returns on February 1st

There has been no better time than now for adidas to bring back Agent Zero’s signature adidas sneaker. Yes, that’s right, adidas are bringing back the Gil Zero in 2022, despite adidas terminating Gil’s contract in 2010 after the athlete pled guilty to a felony gun charge. The brand is wasting no time releasing some heat, with two ultra-rare collaborative releases now joined by the OG adidas Gil Zero “USA”

First released in 2006, the pair made a return to the market in 2013 as the adidas Regulate, rebranded to avoid association with Gil the gunslinger. In 2022, though, the pair reverts back to both its Gil Zero name and Gil-branding throughout, resulting in a release as close to the original as possible with the brand’s Restomod program.
