adidas to Drop a Three-Piece 3M Collaborative Nite Jogger Collection

All good things come in 3s.

The adidas Nite Jogger was developed in 1979 as just that, a jogger to be worn at night. In a time before reflective 3M was used on sneakers, the Three Stripes found creative ways to highlight their sneakers to be seen in all conditions. 2019 saw a lifestyle remake of the OG, complete with heritage design ethos and modern-day tech, but the premise remains the same — to be seen. So when it comes to the reworked silhouette’s first collaborative partner, who else would they call-up but the reflective Gods at 3M?

All good things come in threes — and adidas have done just that, teaming with the Hi-Vis makers for a three-piece collaborative pack. Each pair not only sports the standard 3M hits along the forefoot, heel, and ankle, but now sport a bold, oversized literal 3M hit o the instep in place of the standard Three-Stripe branding. First up for the pack is a monochrome white/grey pairing — the only deviation from the desaturated tone being the warm cream tongues — followed by a tonal Navy paired with blacked-out BOOST sole units, and finally a Raptors-friendly Black, White, Red and Purple.
