After revealing the adidas NMD V3 in some fairly straightforward schemes, the new silhouette is ready to embark on something a little more energetic, with the surfacing of this new black/multi-color scheme.
Bringing with it an entirely new construction whilst holding on tight to it’d DNA, the new NMD V3 dons an upper entirely of ripstop, with a heavy focus on translucent finishes throughout. The famous EVA inserts are replaced by a one-piece midsole clip that runs from the lateral toe to the medial heel, with heel clips above to match. Two things that haven’t changed are the BOOST midsoles and outsole tread, both of which retain their OG charm. Color-wise, you’ll find uppers of black and teal stitched with burgundy and capped at the toe with golden-yellow — both of which resurface at the semi-translucent heel clip. BOOST midsoles arrive in a piercing white hue, while the aforementioned midsole clip and its respective treads are tinted in burgundy and blue respectively.
