Available Now // The adidas POD s3.2 Set to Debut in Two Camo-Covered Colorways

Hard to see, easy to wear.

It’s been approximately a year since the adidas POD series debuted (shit — that went quick!) and although adidas put in a huge effort to lift the BOOST-loaded silhouette to the top tier of streetwear, it didn’t quite match the 3-Stripes projections. Now, the brand is introducing a sequel silhouette, dubbed the POD s3.2, to hopefully BOOST (pun intended) the two-piece sole shoe’s street presence — and it does so in two camo-covered colroways.

Gone is the external molded plastic plate and in comes thinly glazed on suede-like overlays — similar to that of Nike’s new Air Max 270 React — a suede lace collar and eyelet overlays, again taking cues from Nike, this time the ever-popular React Element 55. adidas have also added in a nice touch of heritage DNA for the serious 3-Stripe fans, with the forefoot outsole is similar to that of 1995’s EQT Cushion 2, another silhouette that recently saw a revival.

The debut duo will see camo-covered mesh underlays, one in tonal red the other in a Bape-like tan, green and brown, each matched with tonal embroidered overlays. Sole units also arrive in matching palettes, save the exposed BOOST heel in white. With pairs already available at select stores and regional adidas.com websites, you can expect a Stateside release for these two Camo POD s.3.2s to land soon.
