Adidas Football has enjoyed an exciting first three months of 2025. The Three Stripes has continued to capitalize on Lionel Messi's visibility in the MLS, while announcing new sponsorships for Liga MX's Club América and Premier League's Liverpool F.C. Additionally, the German sportswear juggernaut is the official kit producer of four Champions League quarter-finalists on the road to Munich. On the boot front, the brand has developed new editions of the Predator 25—which now includes a +TEAMGEIST makeover inspired by the 2006 FIFA World Cup ball.
Set to be worn by Real Madrid's Jude Bellingham, the limited edition Adidas Predator 25 Elite FG faithfully references the 19-year-old match ball. The iconic 'Footwear White/Core Black/Gold Metallic' color scheme seen on the pitch in Germany takes over the boot's heritage-inspired design. An upgraded STRIKESKIN—which delivers enhanced grip through more and longer rubber elements across the boot's strike zone—and HYBRIDTOUCH 2.0 upper divvy up the +TEAMGEIST ball's visual elements, including a series of curved lines along the profiles. Direct nods to the legendary item lands near the collar's lateral side, as well as retro logos on the footbed and heel. Its World Cup year is also printed in the +TEAMGEIST font on the left shoe's elastic band.
Underfoot, the Control Frame 2.0 indulges in shimmering 'Gold Metallic' finishes across part of its firm ground studs.

For the launch of the latest Adidas Predator style, the Three Stripes invited Spanish footballing legend, Raúl, to form part of the boot's campaign. The forward wore many pairs from the storied line throughout his 21-year-long senior career.
"My relationship with the [A]didas Predator is a very special one," shared Raúl in an official press release. "It’s the boot I wore during so many incredible moments of my career, and the boot in which I scored so many goals. The Predator +TEAMGEIST takes the best of the Predator and blends it with one of my favorite World Cup balls and the result is a thing of beauty. I hope fans love it as much as I do."
The Three Stripes has also taken this launch as an opportunity to reissue the 2006 FIFA World Cup ball.
