Adidas Elevates the Superstar's Classic "White/Black" Look with Faux Snakeskin Details

Adidas Originals is in the midst of celebrating the Superstar's 55th anniversary. As part of the occasion, the lifestyle-focused division has been re-energizing the shell-toe with a plethora of new styles. Classic looks continue to form part of the sneaker's catalog, but pairs like a newly-surfaced one donning faux snakeskin 3-Stripes and heel panels breathe new life into these familiar presentations.

Scheduled to launch exclusively in Women's sizing, the latest Adidas Superstar II indulges in an unassuming "Footwear White/Grey Six/Crystal White" color scheme. A quick glance at the shoes, however, reveals an eye-catching style that's simultaneously familiar and refreshing. Overlays at the profiles and upper spine take on a black finish that couples with faux reptilian scales for an elevated look. Trefoil logos on the tongue and heel also deliver shimmering golden flair. Underfoot, the off-white sole unit allows for the top-half to revel in the spotlight.
