From collaborations with Sean Wotherspoon, LEGO, and High Snobriety to in-line releases like the delicious Frozen Lemonade, the adidas ZX 8000 has continued to reinvent itself in the new decade. Now it’s popped up as part of the Three Stripes’ “Minimalist Icons” lineage, a deconstructed series that features some of the brand’s most heralded silhouettes.
Keeping in-theme with the already-released pairs, this too features a monochrome make of simple leather and suede, here in white and grey hues. Traditional lines are mimicked by simple in-cut Three Stripes and loose one-piece suede overlays throughout. Unchanged is the silhouette’s signature heel clip and sole unit, both of which channel the white and grey hues resting above.
Pairs of the adidas ZX 8000 “Minimalist Icons” have just landed at select stores in Greater China, though a global rollout is yet to be announced. Until then, you can enjoy an official look at the pair here below, and be sure to keep your eyes glued to our official Twitter account for further updates
