Founded by New Zealander Nick Mason, Always Do What You Should Do (ADWYSD) has brought positivity and colorful-uplifting graphics to the world of skateboarding since 2018. Although the London-based label has done most of the heavy-lifting on its own, projects with Adidas Skateboarding have helped it reach more people. Ahead of summer, an official look at the duo's next collaboration, a Pro Model ADV, has surfaced.
The reworked shell-toe follows the limited launch of the partnership's Adidas Country last fall. By comparison, the latest skateboarding offering features a shimmering "Core Black" patent leather build across its upper. Profile 3-Stripes and other accents throughout the shoe deviate in a near-fluorescent green that falls in line with Always' vibrant vibe. Traditional branding on the lateral mid-foot is replaced with a word-mark of Mason's brand, while labels on the top of the tongue also indulge in a collaboration-specific update.
Elsewhere, "Core Navy" takes on the laces and herringbone-patterned outsole. Other co-branding hits land on the spine and insole, with the latter donning the "always do what you should do" message.
